                              Licencing agreement


Tadpole Technology Plc announced today that it has executed a confidential
licensing agreement with Microsoft.

The agreement grants Microsoft access to and rights to use among other things
Endeavors Technologies Inc.'s, StreamTheory Inc.'s and their affiliates'
patents.

Microsoft and Tadpole have agreed to withdraw and terminate all outstanding
legal proceedings against each other.
