                     Appointment of Non-executive Director

The Company announces the appointment of Peter Bondar as an independent
non-executive director. Peter is the founder and principal of Flying-Doctors, a
boutique consultancy founded in 2004 and focused on high technology and
knowledge-based businesses.

Flying-Doctors specialises in the development of start-ups and the refocusing of
established businesses. During the last two years it has created and launched
five companies and refocused/restructured three others.

Peter's expertise is founded on thirty years of sales, marketing and business
management in technology companies operating globally. He has held senior
marketing positions in divisions of AT+T, Siemens and Honeywell.

As a Senior Vice President at Acorn Group plc (1993-1998) he played a leading
role in the evolution of the company from a UK-centric supplier of educational
desktop computers to a world-wide high technology licensing business, later sold
to Broadcom. During this time he also served as a non executive director of ARM
Holdings plc prior to and during its highly successful initial public offering.
From 1999 to 2000, as Senior Vice President of marketing for Tarantella (a Santa
Cruz Operations division), he was the principal architect in re-launching and
repositioning the product and company, which was subsequently sold to Sun.
From 2001 to 2004 he took an early stage UK-based project management software
company, Program Management Group plc, from start-up to maturity with a
world-wide blue chip client base.

Peter has a degree in Computer Studies and Solid State Physics.
