The Company is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Company held this morning, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.
Accordingly, it is anticipated that 250,000,000 C Shares of 50p each will be
admitted to trading on AIM on 10 May 2007.
