Additional Listing

Sportsworld announces that it intends to apply to the London Stock Exchange
for admission to the Official List of 172,589 new ordinary shares in
Sportsworld ("Consideration Shares"). These shares are to be issued in part
consideration for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of
Netsports Limited. The total consideration for the acquisition is #190,000
which is being satisfied as to approximately #20,000 in cash and as to the
balance by the issue of the Consideration Shares.

It is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares will occur on
Thursday 1 July 1999.
