Sportsworld Media Group PLC ("Sportsworld" or the "Company")

Sportsworld announces that it was informed earlier today that David Meuse, a
non-executive director of the Company, has gifted 85,714 ordinary shares of 1p
each representing 0.12 per cent. of the Company to a charitable foundation,
The Columbus Foundation, which he and his wife control. However neither David
Meuse, nor any member of his family, are beneficiaries of the trust.


Following the gift of ordinary shares, David Meuse will be interested in
200,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.29 per cent. of the Company.
