SPORTSWORLD EXPANDS SPORTS REPRESENTATION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF HN SPORTS &
ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED

Sportsworld Media Group plc ("Sportsworld" or the "Company")

Sportsworld, the sports, media and entertainment services business is pleased
to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the entire issued share
capital of HN Sports & Entertainment Limited ("HN Sports") for a total initial
consideration of #583,454. The initial consideration is to be satisfied
through the issue of 44,210 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") and
the payment of #373,456 in cash. Further consideration of up to #4,000,000 may
also become payable in a combination of loan notes and ordinary shares to be
calculated on an earn-out basis over a period of four years.

HN Sports is an athlete representation company providing a full range of
management services to professional sportsmen, particularly footballers. It
also provides consultancy services to a number of Premier and Football League
clubs on a retainer basis. It will work within the Sportsworld Media and
Marketing Division and help to develop relationships with clubs, athletes and
governing bodies.


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for admission of the 44,210 ordinary shares in Sportsworld to (i)
the Official List and, (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for
listed securities in relation to the initial consideration for HN Sports.
