("SVC2" or the "Company")

Correction: Issue and admission of new shares

On 27 November 2008 the Company announced that it had issued and admitted
33,047,262 new ordinary 1 penny shares in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares")
to the Official List and trading on London Stock Exchange's main market for
listed securities. As a result of an administrative error the number of New
Ordinary Shares admitted was incorrect and should have read 33,046,699. This
amendment will take affect from 8.00 a.m. on 28 November 2008.

The total number of shares in issue following this amendment will therefore be
78,782,784 New Ordinary Shares.
