                            Dealings by Directors


The Company announces that it was informed today that, The ScS Upholstery
Employee Benefits Trust, a company of which the Directors are trustees and
have an interest, yesterday purchased 75,000 ordinary shares at a price of
197p per share. Following this purchase, 245,015 ordinary shares are now held
in The ScS Upholstery Employee Benefits Trust, representing 0.77% of the
issued share capital of ScS Upholstery plc.
