                             Director's shareholding


The Company has been notified today that on 5 January 2006, Hugh Stewart, CEO of
the Company, transferred 60,000  ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 28.25p each from a holding  in his
own name to his personal pension plan.  As a result of this transfer, Mr
Stewart's aggregate beneficial interest  in the ordinary shares of the Company
remains unchanged at 322,501 Ordinary Shares representing 0.62 per cent. of the 
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, Mr Stewart still retains a beneficial interest in 747,509 warrants
to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares  which, if exercised, would represent 1.44
per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
