Trading Update

Stagecoach  Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) announces that due to more  school  openings
than  forecast,  combined with continued reduction in overheads, profits  before
tax for the year ended 31 May 2008 are expected to be significantly ahead of the
current market expectations.

The  results for the year ended 31 May 2008 are expected to be announced  on  13
August 2008.
