Director's Dealing

Stagecoach Theatre Arts (AIM: STA) has been notified that David Sprigg, Joint
Managing Director of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 1 February 2008. The acquisition price was
60p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, David Sprigg's beneficial holding in the Company
stands at 2,687,700 Ordinary Shares representing 27.21 per cent. of the issued
share capital of Stagecoach Theatre Arts.
