                     Startup Station PLC ("the Company")

  Board Changes, Director's shareholding and New Issue of Ordinary Shares


The Directors announce today that Mr Ziv Navoth is standing down as Managing
Director of the Company, but will remain as a non-executive Director. Mr Navoth
will continue to oversee the consultancy side of the Company's e-business and
also oversee developments in respect of the Company's 10 per cent investment in
BmyPC.

Mr Navoth has also agreed to the disposal of 5,321,132 shares held by Startup
Holdings Limited, a company controlled by a trust in which Mr Navoth has a
beneficial interest, at 1p each for a consideration of #53,211.32.

Startup Holdings Limited has also agreed to subscribe for 1,064,220 new ordinary
shares at 5p per share, The Company has also issued to the investors that
acquired the shares from Startup Holdings Limited, a further 1,064,220 new
ordinary shares at 5p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Navoth is beneficially interested in 1.35 per
cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

The proceeds of the issue of the new ordinary shares will provide the Company
with additional working capital.

Startup Holdings Limited has also agreed to the cancellation of 8,249,763
warrants that were issued to it on 27 April 2000.

Mr Masoud Alikhani will be the acting Chairman until new Board appointments are
made. 

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market for the admission
of the 2,128,440 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each and trading is expected to
commence on 18 April 2001. The new Ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the
existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
