Grant of Options

SSM announces that it has today granted, subject to certain performance conditions being met, options over 6,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to certain employees under the terms of the share option scheme as detailed in the Company's admission document dated 16 January 2012.

Pursuant to this grant of options, the total number of options in issue is 52,800,000, representing 14.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
