    ReneSola Ltd Provides ADS Conversion Contact Information            

 

ReneSola Ltd ("ReneSola" or the "Company"), a leading Chinese manufacturer of
solar wafers, announces the following contact information for investors wishing
to convert shares in the Company into American Depositary Shares ("ADSs")
listed on the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE").

 

The Bank of New York Mellon, the Company's depositary bank for its ADSs, has
agreed to waive the ADS issuance fee, which is typically $0.05 per ADS, for
three months from the date of the Company's listing on the NYSE on 29 January
2008.  During this period, holders of shares traded on the AIM of the London
Stock Exchange are eligible to deposit their shares with The Bank of New York
Mellon for conversion into ADSs without being assessed the $0.05/ADS issuance
