ReneSola Ltd (the "Company") (AIM: SOLA), a leading manufacturer of silicon
wafers for the photovoltaic industry, will announce its results for the second
quarter ended 30 June 2007 on Thursday 23 August 2007.

A conference call for analysts and investors will be held at 2.00 p.m. BST (9:
00 a.m. EST / 9.00 p.m. Beijing) on Thursday 23 August 2007.

The Company will be represented by Xian Shou Li, Chief Executive Officer, and
Charles Bai, Chief Financial Officer.
