ReneSola Ltd (AIM: SOLA) ("ReneSola"), a leading manufacturer of wafers for the
photovoltaic (PV) industry, is pleased to advise that it will announce results
for the second quarter and half year ended 30 June 2006 on Wednesday, 16 August
2006.

ReneSola was admitted to AIM on 8 August 2006 in conjunction with a placing
which raised $50 million.
