DIRECTORATE CHANGE


The Company announces that Paul Davenport is stepping down from his role as
Group Operations Director with effect from 30 June 2006. Mr Davenport has been
with the Company since 1995 and now intends to pursue other interests. The Board
would like to thank him for his contribution over the years and wishes him well
for the future.


It is not intended that a replacement will be sought for Mr Davenport's role
and, from 1 July 2006, his duties will be fulfilled by the individual site
operations managers.
