Director's dealings

The Company has been notified that Bernard Burns today purchased 8,983 ordinary
shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at 53p per share. Following this
transaction, Mr Burns is interested in 44,999 Shares, representing approximately
0.27% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.

The Company further announces that options to subscribe for Shares, exerciseable
at 51.4p per share between 20 October 2008 and 19 October 2015, have today been
granted to the following Directors of the Company:
