Cancellation of trading on AIM

Tracsis plc has today declared that its recommended offer for the entire issued share capital of Sky High plc (the "Company") is wholly unconditional and its intention is to procure the cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares. In accordance with this, the Company announces that the expected time and date of cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares on AIM is 7.00 a.m. on 16 May 2013.
