Following notifications from the Registrar, the Company makes the following announcement:

        1.      Mr  Tim  Parker  and  Mrs  Laurie Parker ("the Parkers") have  disposed  of  3,000,000
                 ordinary  shares  of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), representing  3.12%  of  the
                 issued  share capital of the Company, on 11 August 2004. The Parkers had  an  initial
                 interest represented 4.68% of the issued share capital of the Company.

        2.      The  remaining  1,500,000 shares in which the Parkers had an  interest  at  that  date
                 represented  1.56%  of  the  issued share capital of the  Company,  being  below  the
                 threshold  for notification of shareholdings pursuant to section 198 of the Companies
                 Act 1985.
