The company was notified on 26 March 2007 that Financial Media Holdings had on 21 March 2007
purchased 535,000 ordinary shares of 10p each of the company at a price of 65p and on 23 March
2007 purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price at a price of 62p.

Prior to the above purchases, Financial Media Holdings held 252,500 ordinary shares of 10p each of
the company, representing 2.6% of the company's issued share capital.

Following the above acquisitions, Financial Media Holdings now holds 812,500 ordinary shares of
10p, each representing 8.45% of the company's total voting rights.
