    The company has been notified by City Equities Limited of their shareholdings in the Company,
pursuant to section 212 The Companies Act 1985, as follows:

On 5 May 2005, City Equities Limited purchased 5,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing
approximately 5.7% of the Issued Share Capital of Stockcube plc.

Subsequent to 5 May 2005, City Equities Limited sold (acting as Principal) 5,190,000 of these
shares to certain of their private customers.

Their residual holding of 310,000 shares no longer represents a notifiable interest in the shares
