Completion of Partial Mandatory Redemption

Further to the announcement on 30 August 2013, Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited (the "Company") announces that it yesterday completed a pro rata partial mandatory redemption of its shares (the "Redemption") by redeeming 96,465,635 Company shares, or approximately 91.87% of the outstanding share capital. Therefore, from today the Company's issued share capital now consists of 8,534,365 shares, such figure to be used as the denominator for determining notification obligations.

Following the Redemption, from today the Company's shares will carry a new ISIN of GG00BCRWZ071.
