Purchase of Shares

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been notified by SIGA, LP that on 21 March 2012 it purchased 1,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 80.00 pence per share.

SIGA, LP is the investment entity through which the Company makes its capital commitments and in which the Company holds a 99.98 per cent. economic interest. Following the purchase the number of shares in issue by the Company remains unchanged.
