Economic Master Issuer PLC (the "Issuer") hereby notifies Noteholders of
the publication of a supplementary prospectus which supplements the
base prospectus dated 6 November 2023 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") in respect
of the Issuer's residential mortgage-backed note programme (the
"Programme") established on
31 July 2020 (as updated from time to time).
The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved
by the Financial Conduct Authority on 12 July
