                     Further issue and Director's dealings

TheCompany announces that, following the exercise of an option over Ordinary
Shares by Michael Hall, it yesterday issued 392,156 new Ordinary Shares of 1p
each. Michael Hall yesterday sold 392,156 Ordinary Shares at 74.5p and now holds
20,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08 per cent. of the enlarged issued share
capital of the Company. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to
be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 7 April
2004.
