Stanley Gibbons announces that on 10 April 2014 the following options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were granted to Executive Directors for nil consideration under the Company's 2010 Share Option Plan. The share options, which were granted to Directors and senior executives at the closing mid-market price on Wednesday 9 April 2014 of GBP3.165 per share (the "Grant"), are exercisable subject to the extent that a performance condition based on absolute total shareholder return growth targets measured over three years from the date of grant are met.
