Block Listing Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of a blocklisting of 52,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

These Ordinary Shares are being reserved under an extension of a block listing to be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Company's 2000 UK Executive and Jersey Executive Share Option Schemes.

It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 21 February 2013. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
