Grant of Options 
Stanley Gibbons announces that on 12 August 2009 the following options over 
Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were granted to Executive 
Directors for nil consideration under its Jersey Share Option Scheme. The 
options are exercisable at a price of 127p, being the closing mid market price 
on 11 August 2009. The options may normally be exercised from 12 August 2012 
until 11 August 2019 subject to the extent that a performance target based on 
the Company's EPS over a three year period ending on 31 December 2011 is met.
