The Company was informed yesterday that on 4 March 2005 Morgan Stanley
Securities Limited (MSSL) acquired an interest in the Ordinary Shares of Stanley
Gibbons that resulted in MSSL increasing its holding to a total of 2,725,000
shares, representing approximately 11.17 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company.
