    SCi Entertainment Group plc (the 'Company')

    Additional Listing

    Application has been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority of the Financial Services Authority and to London Stock Exchange
plc for the additional listing of 705,806 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing
Ordinary Shares.

    This additional listing is pursuant to shares issued as payment of second earn-out consideration in respect of the Company's acquisition
of Bluefish Media GmbH, as announced on 28 March 2007.

    Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 23 July 2008. Following the proposed admission, the Company will
have a total number of 259,893,548 Ordinary Shares in issue.
