Directors' Shareholdings


Supercart Plc (the "Company") has today been informed that Mr Mike Wolfe and Mr
Stephen Wright, both directors of the Company, acquired the following ordinary
shares in the Company on 3 July 2007.

Mr Wolfe purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 17.0 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Wolfe holds 7,450,000 ordinary shares representing
approximately 20.99 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.

Mr Wright purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 18.0 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Wright holds 1,233,750 ordinary shares representing
approximately 3.48 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
