The Board of Supercart Plc ("Supercart" or the "Company") was notified on 20
February 2006 by Mr Richard Katz, pursuant to sections 198 to 210 of the
Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that as a result of acquiring further Supercart
shares, Mr Katz's beneficial holding totals 1,262,500 ordinary shares which
represents 6.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
