                            Directors' Shareholdings


Supercart Plc ("Supercart" or the '"Company") has been informed that Michael
Castledine-Wolfe and Stephen Wright, Directors of the Company, have today
acquired in aggregate 55,000 Supercart ordinary shares. Mr Wolfe acquired 35,000
shares at a price of 13.5 pence per share and Mr Wright acquired 20,000 shares
at a price of 14 pence per share. Following these purchases, Mr Wolfe holds
4,251,250 shares representing approximately 20.74 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company and Mr Wright holds 490,000 shares representing
approximately 2.39 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
