Directors' Shareholdings

The Board of Supercart Plc (the "Company") announces that the Company has today
made a grant of 700,000 options (the "Options") to the Chief Executive, Michael
Castledine-Wolfe pursuant to the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive
Scheme.  The Options so granted are exercisable at a price of 14.1 pence per
share over the period 4 February 2007 to 13 October 2014.  The Options are
granted on terms identical in all respects, save for the exercise period which
has been extended from 19 April 2014 to 13 October 2014, to the 700,000 options
granted to Mike Wolfe on 19 April 2005 which have now been cancelled.


Following the grant and cancellation of these options, Mike Wolfe has the 
following interests in the Company:
