Wednesday 26 May 2010 at 10.00am. The Notice of Annual General Meeting is in the 
Annual Report. 
 
The Company's issued share capital is 58,940,581 Ordinary Shares of 1p each. The 
total voting rights which members are entitled to exercise at the Annual General
