Confirmation of continued Investment Trust Status 
 
On 17 May 2011, the Company announced that an error had occurred in March that 
was expected to cause the loss of its investment trust status for the year to 
31 March 2011. 
 
The Company is now pleased to announce that HM Revenue & Customs have confirmed 
that the exercise of warrants in Cover-All Technologies Inc. will not cause the 
loss of investment trust status for the Company. No further action by the 
Company is required.
