Opening of US Sales Office & Two Key Appointments

New York Office to sell European fieldwork to the US Market

London, Friday 11 November 2005: Research Now plc (LSE: RNOW), a leading
European online fieldwork provider to the market research industry, today
announces the opening of a New York sales office. This is the second overseas
market in which Research Now, recently listed in the UK on AIM (August 2005),
has opened - having just launched in Australia (Sydney & Brisbane). Research
Now's new office in New York will sell survey data gained from its European
online panels to the US market.

"Fieldwork" is the collection of survey data via personal interviews - a process
that Research Now undertakes online from its panel of over 700,000 potential
respondents - making Research Now the owner of one of the largest online
research panels in Europe.

The decision to open a US office follows demand from the group's North American
clients for access to quality European online panels. Research Now has been
active in the US for several months, exhibiting at the major North American
research trade shows and successfully winning US clients from London.

In the US, online survey research has grown from constituting only approximately
9% of the total US survey research market in 2000 to being an estimated 29% of
the market today, representing a growth rate of circa 30% per annum over the
past five years. The European online market lags the US at only circa 4%
market share - but it is rapidly increasing and is showing a similar growth rate
to that experienced in the US.

To support the New York sales office, Research Now has recruited two key Client
Service/Sales Directors, Scott Toro and Alex Sunnerstam. Scott and Alex will
both be dedicated to developing the North American market.

Before joining Research Now, Scott was responsible for selling European research
in the USA for Ciao AG, prior to its acquisition by Greenfield Online Inc (where
he subsequently worked). Alex joins Research Now from Quickwise, the UK online
media research specialist and was previously at Datamonitor.

Heading up the new US team will be Research Now Managing Director Andrew Cooper,
although Andrew will remain based in London. Sadia Perveen, Research Now's
Client Service Manager previously responsible for growing US sales from the UK,
will move from London to the New York office in the New Year.

Commenting Andrew Cooper, Managing Director of Research Now, said:

"As US researchers are already very familiar with the concept of undertaking
research online from within their domestic market, there is a growing demand for
them to be able to access research online in Europe as well. Alongside this, we
are also seeing a demand from clients for an alternative option to the two
existing US providers, who have both recently acquired the owners of European
online panels. We therefore feel that Research Now is well placed to benefit
from having its own presence in the US".

Chris Havemann, Chief Executive of Research Now, added:

"In being able to bring on board Scott and Alex we have two very experienced and
professional online research client facing people who can build on the
foundations we have already laid in the USA over the last few months. We are
very well placed to build an excellent reputation in North America, as the
leading European provider there of online fieldwork and panels".

                                    - ENDS -
