    Rusina Mining NL (ASX:RML, AIM:RMLA) announces that the Company's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Robert Gregory, on
27-28 October 2008, acquired 179,484 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of AUD0.0614 per share and for a total consideration
of AUD11,019.04.  

    Subsequently Mr Robert Gregory now holds 3,604,811 ordinary shares in Rusina representing 1.47 % of the Company's issued share capital.
