    Rusina Mining NL (ASX:RML, AIM:RMLA) announces that the Company's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Robert Gregory
between 13-16 October 2008 has acquired 182,765 ordinary shares in the Company for a total consideration of AUD11,895.90.  

    Subsequently Mr Robert Gregory now holds 3,398,592 ordinary shares in Rusina representing 1.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
