                                  Contract Win

Reed Health Group plc and The North West London NHS Procurement Confederation,
acting on behalf of those trusts in North West London detailed below, have
reached agreement in principle and, subject to contract, for the award of a
master vendor agreement for the supply of all Allied Health Professionals
("AHP") staff, including all scientific and pharmacy staff. It is envisaged that
implementation will begin in January 2005 and that the agreement will be made
under the terms of the national contract for the supply of AHP agency staff,
negotiated by the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (PASA) with the additional
staff being supplied on broadly equivalent terms as appropriate.

As Master Vendor our Health division will manage all temporary staff bookings
for the professions covered by the agreement, filling as many as possible
through our own recruitment teams. The Trusts will benefit from competitive
prices and the simplicity of working through one company to manage its temporary
staffing needs.

Barry Hartop, Chairman of the Company, said
