Reed Health Group plc ("the Company")
Holding in Company
The Company received notification today that on 12 July 2001 the Reed Charity
("the Charity") sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares at 110p per share.
As a result of this disposal, the Charity is interested in 2,941,000 ordinary
shares, representing 6.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital. The Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 22,492,179
listed ordinary shares and 22,241,400 unlisted 'B' ordinary shares.
James Reed, a director of the Company, is a co-trustee of the Charity and is
therefore deemed to have a non-beneficial interest in the ordinary shares held
by the Charity.
