ReEnergy received notification on 5 May 2009 that following a disposal of 
7,575,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 
1 May 2009, NewSmith Global Opportunities Hedge Fund no longer holds a 
notifiable interest in the Company. 
 
 
Further to ReEnergy's announcement on 1 May 2009, the Company would like to 
clarify that the notification of the disposal of Ordinary Shares related to a 
disposal of shares by NewSmith Global Opportunities Hedge Fund and not NewSmith 
Asset Management LLP.
