                     APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


The Directors of Reflec are pleased to announce that Angus John Tilney
MacPherson will join the Board as a non-executive director on Monday, 3
December.

Angus, aged 52, is an experienced international banker with over 20 years
experience in the corporate finance business. Having qualified as a chartered
accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, Angus joined Samuel Montagu & Co Limited in
1984. He was appointed to the board in 1993 before joining Trinkaus & Burkhardt
KGaA in Dusseldorf, Germany as a director. In 1997 Angus was appointed a
managing director in the corporate finance and advisory division of HSBC
Investment Bank until 2003 when he became a founding partner of Herax Partners
LLP, a corporate finance advisory practice.

Tim Hearley, Executive Chairman of Reflec, commented, "We believe that Angus
will greatly assist in the future development of the Group and add significant
value to the Board."

There are no further details in relation to the above appointment which require
disclosure under paragraph (g) (iii) to (viii) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
