                            RAM INVESTMENT GROUP PLC

                                ISSUE OF EQUITY 
 
 
The Board of RAM announces today that, as a result of the conversion of a loan 
of GBP30,000 into new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a 
conversion price of 4p per Ordinary Share, the Company has today allotted and 
issued 750,000 new Ordinary Shares. 
 
Application has been made for the 750,000 new Ordinary Shares, which will rank 
pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, to be admitted to trading 
on AIM, which is expected to take place on 4 August 2010.
