RAM INVESTMENT GROUP PLC 
("RAM" or the "Company") 
Option Agreement, 
Commercial Loan to Vision Media Group ("VMG") and 
Total Voting Rights 
 
 
COMPLETION OF OPTION AGREEMENT 
 
 
Further to the investment agreement with Vision Media Group ("VMG") Plc for the 
49.9% acquisition of Train FX Limited, RAM has now completed the option 
agreement at its call to acquire the remaining 50.1% with a long stop date of 31 
August 2009. 
 
 
 
 
COMMERCIAL LOAN 
 
 
The Board further announces a commercial loan facility of up to GBP200,000 to 
VMG payable in tranches at RAM's call. The loan is to facilitate the running of 
Train FX Limited. The first tranche of GBP76,500 has been drawn down. The loan 
carries an interest rate of libor plus 1.5% payable upon redemption. The 
redemption date for the loan is 31 August 2009. 
 
 
 
 
TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS 
 
 
For purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services 
Authority, the board of RAM is required to notify the market of the following: 
 
 
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists 
of 50,490,352 ordinary shares of 1p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares") 
and 99,934,398 deferred shares of 9.99p each ("Deferred Shares"). The Deferred 
Shares have no voting rights, are not admitted to trading on AIM and are only 
entitled to negligible participation in the dividends and return of capital in 
the Company. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. 
 
 
Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights 
is 50,490,352. 
 
 
The above figure of 50,490,352 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in 
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine 
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest 
in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
