               RAM INVESTMENT GROUP PLC ("RAM" or the "Company")

                           SHAREHOLDING NOTIFICATION

On 21 November 2005, the Company received notice from Olivier Levenfiche that he
has sold his entire interest in the Company's issued share capital to his wife,
Tania Levenfiche. Accordingly she now holds 177,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company representing 3.1 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital.
