Cancellation of trading on AIM approved by shareholders
The Board of Qmulus N.V. (AIM: QML) announces that at the Extraordinary General
Meeting held today the resolution proposed to approve the cancellation of
admission to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares was duly passed by
more than 75 per cent. of the votes cast at the Meeting.
Following this approval, trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled
from 7.00 a.m. on 26 July 2010.
On the cancellation of admission, Collins Stewart will cease to be nominated
adviser and broker to the Company.
