Liquidation of Qualceram and Cancellation of Listing

Further to the announcement issued yesterday Qualceram confirms that following 
an application by the Examiner, the Irish High Court has made an order under the 
Companies Acts 1963-2006 for the liquidation of Qualceram Shires plc and its 
subsidiaries Qualcer Limited and QCM Limited. 
 
 
Accordingly, admission to trading of Qualceram's shares on the London Stock 
Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange and the listing of Qualceram's shares on the 
official list maintained by the UK Listing Authority and the official list 
maintained by the Irish Stock Exchange will be cancelled at 8.00 a.m. on Monday 
6 July 2009.
