Update on Financial Position 
Request for Suspension 
 
 
Further to the announcements on 6 February, 26 February and 20 March 2009 the 
Board of Qualceram announces that current trading continues to be difficult and 
that discussion with its bankers and landlord have not concluded. The board now 
believes that it is unlikely that a satisfactory outcome to these discussions 
will be reached. 
The Board of Qualceram announces that it has accordingly requested a suspension, 
with immediate effect, of trading of its shares on the London Stock Exchange and 
the Irish Stock Exchange pending clarification of the Company's financial 
position. 
A further announcement will be made as soon as appropriate.
